During our visit to The Mall at Bay Plaza, we stayed at a hotel nearby. The room was nicely appointed with a good view of the parking lot. The bathroom had some minor cleanliness issues but overall was functional. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast offerings were adequate for a quick start to the day. The location was convenient for our shopping trips and exploring nearby attractions.

The hotel has a great location and friendly staff. The lobby ambiance is pleasant, and Joycelyn provided excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped, with nice amenities. Some rooms may need minor improvements, but overall, a comfortable stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, and proximity to shopping was convenient.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed but had issues with cleanliness and noise levels. The new lobby design was nice, and the amenities were convenient. Patty from the kitchen stood out with her friendly service. However, the overall experience was marred by various room and service issues.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was good and reasonably clean. The room was new-fashioned with full bed, a hot tub and Keurig coffee machine, could leave my car on-site. The staff were in customer service and provided an easy check-in.

The staff was super helpful and managed to hook me up with a sweet deal on my room, plus they had all you could ask for in terms of room comfort - it was massive, cozy, and spotless. The check-in process was a breeze, the location was perfect, and everything was super convenient. The only tiny downside was a minor hiccup with the Jacuzzi, but overall, it didn't overshadow my great stay. 🌟

Filthy hot tub, non-functioning AC, unwelcoming staff, and construction noise disrupted any chance of a peaceful night. For the high price, the lack of cleanliness and comfort was unacceptable. Overall, a regrettable experience.

Our room was non-smoking and well-appointed with king size beds. The venue had attentive staff who made the stay very good. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

Found peace near a lush garden after a hearty morning meal. Explored the local history and relaxed in the hot tub. Used the free Wi-Fi and took a short walk to the nearby subway station. Convenient amenities made my stay comfy. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby. Quick drive to a university and college, plus a short walk to the airport. combined work and leisure seamlessly! Spent a lovely afternoon at Orchard Beach, induldged in the history at City Island, and relaxed at The New York Botanical Garden. The hot continental breakfast was a delightful start to the day. So convenient!

Although my stay was mostly great, there were a couple of things that could be improved at this hotel. the noise level on the first floor was a bit disruptive, with staff and guests being too loud at times.

We loved the modern rooms, each with its unique features. the bathroom mirrors were absolutely gorgeous, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze, taking only a few minutes. And the best part? We could pay in cash, which was so convenient. the experience was amazing and I couldn't recommend Ramada more.

Secondly, the hotel's location was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions and convenient public transportation. Additionally, another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. the room I was assigned to was located in the basement, which was not ideal as I would have preferred a different room.

This hotel is conveniently located near both the shopping mall and local shopping area. However, be prepared to spend a lot on transportation if you want to explore other attractions, as the nearest subway is a 25-minute walk through sketchy areas. The rooms are simple, but the Jacuzzi is a nice feature. The continental breakfast is also good.

Noise can be an issue here, with some guests and staff being loud in the halls and lobby late at night.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provided complimentary wireless Internet, complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary access to a nearby gym, dry cleaning services, a meeting room, and a business center. The business center, 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff were quite convenient during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was an on-site restaurant or dining options within the hotel premises.
